 Low income families and individuals receiving Medi-cal or Healthy Family Insurance.

Special Remarks:

Students will receive 1 hr/week individual supervision and 2 hrs/group supervision weekly; weekly case conferences; weekly staff meetings; quarterly seminars and workshops. Schedule approximates 60% direct clinical contact, 20% supervision and training, and 20% administrative duties and paperwork. Agency has two one way mirrors for training and observation.

The majority of internships are paid F/T positions where students obtain their hours while they work. Other duties in addition to clinical time will be required for the paid positions.

Special Remarks:

Sight approved 2006. Trainees are formally interviewed and hired according to the standards of the profession and the needs of the agency. The Mental Health portion of this agency is all that is approved, so direct applications there specifically.
